Mobile Home Rent Control Board
The North Reading Mobile Home Rent Control Board was established in 1990. The Mobile Home Rent Control Board shall have the authority to regulate rents, to establish minimum occupancy and eviction standards, make and enforce rules and regulations, and such other authority as specified in Chapter 561 of the Acts of 1989 and any subsequent amendments thereto.
