Small Wireless Facilities
The Small Wireless Facilities bylaw was passed by Town Meeting in June 2021. It applies to Small Wireless Facilities outside of public rights of way, including on private properties. The bylaw provides for a simplified Site Plan Review process and grants the Community Planning Commission the ability to create policies and procedures for this review. A public hearing on the policy will be scheduled for the CPC's regular meeting on June 7, 2022 at 8:00 p.m. in Room 14 of the North Reading Town Hall.
