SELF CARE WEEK
ENERGY BITES
The only ingredients that you will need for this TASTY treat:
Old Fashion Oats
Ground Flaxseed
Mini Chocolate Chips
Peanut Butter ( or substitute for those with nut allergies)
Honey & Vanilla
In a mixing bowl COMBINE:
1/2 Cup of old fashion Oats
1/2 Cup of ground flaxseed
1/2 Cup of mini chocolate chips
Now we ADD:
1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup of Honey
AND
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
Place mixture in the refrigerator to CHILL, then remove from the refrigerator, form into bite size balls & ENJOY!!!
