Mandatory Removal Of All CBD Food Products

As of June 17, 2019, all businesses, including licensed food establishments, operating within the Town of North Reading are prohibited from producing, manufacturing, advertising, offering or selling any food or other consumable products that contain CBD. Further information may be found in the letter to North Reading business owners. Information regarding CBD in food products may also be found on the Massachusetts Department of Public Health website.
