Fall Curbside Collection of Yard Waste - Saturday 12/11/2021 & DPW Yard Waste Drop-off Extended Through This Weekend

Residents are reminded that a curbside collection of yard waste, including grass clippings, leaves, and small branches will take place on Saturday, December 11, 2021. Waste must be curbside by 6:30 a.m. and in paper bags only.

Please note the following:

  • no plastic bags
  • no barrels
  • branches must be no greater than three inches in diameter and cut to lengths of no more than three feet
  • branches must be bundled and tied(not bagged

Yard Waste Drop-Off is also extended at the DPW facility through this weekend.

Residents may drop off yard waste at the DPW facility located at 166 Chestnut Street this weekend (December 11th and 12th). The facility will be open Saturday from 8:00 AM through 4:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 noon through 4:00 PM. There are two separate piles: one for grass clippings and leaves, and the other for brush. Please deposit yard waste in the appropriate pile.
