As an abutter, how can I give comments on a proposed plan to the CPC?

As an abutter, the Community Planning Commission is interested in hearing your favorable or opposing views, ideas for how a plan could be improved, and questions on impacts to the property under development and surrounding areas. Often the best plan improvements come from abutters who understand the area, and what will and won’t work in a given area.

The public is welcome and encouraged to attend all CPC meetings. For those items that require a public hearing, the CPC will open the matter up for public comment. Please be prepared to state your name and address for the record if you choose to speak. If you would prefer to submit comments to the CPC in writing, you may do so on or before the scheduled meeting by email or mail.
