North Reading Online Water Portal

The North Reading Water Department is pleased to announce that the Online Water portal is now live and ready for use.
WaterSmart allows residents and business owners to monitor their water usage through their easy to use online portal.
To get started click here.
When you first log in you will be asked for your Account Number and your Customer ID written as 1234567-123456 and the zipcode.
Your Account number and Customer ID number can be found on your last water bill you recieved.
Once you are logged in you will be able to monitor your daily water usage and set up alerts.
