Birth Records
This office issues certified copies of birth records of persons who were either born in North Reading or whose parents resided in North Reading at the time of their birth. Birth records which have been classified as “Restricted” will require identification prior to release.
Marriage Records
This office issues certified copies of marriage records of couples who filed their Intentions of Marriage with this office. This is not necessarily the same location as the city/town where the marriage occured.
Death Records
This office issues certified copies of death records of persons whose death occurred in North Reading, as well as residents whose death occurred in another Massachusetts community, provided that their North Reading residency was identified on their death record.
