Effective January 1, 2014, all leagues MUST complete and submit the necessary required documentation and make payment in order to receive a seasonal league permit for use of parks & fields.
The steps for applying for the permit are below.

Application necessary to apply for seasonal field use.
Fees for leagues and other fees for lighting and etc.

This must be signed off by an accepted official of the league.
