September 1, 2020 State Primary Election Information - IMPORTANT REMINDERS

The following are important reminders regarding the September 1st State Primary election:

-The deadline to register to vote in the September 1st State Primary is tomorrow, Saturday, August 22nd.  The Town Clerk’s office at Town Hall located at 235 North Street will be open special hours for voter registration from 2-4 PM and 7-8 PM.

-The deadline to apply for a ballot by mail is Wednesday, August 26th at 5:00 PM, and the deadline to apply for a ballot in person is Monday, August 31st at 12:00 PM.

-Early voting begins tomorrow at 9:00 AM at Town Hall and will continue through Friday, August 28th at 1:00 PM.  Details may be found here: https://www.northreadingma.gov/sites/g/files/vyhlif3591/f/uploads/earlyv...

-Election Day is Tuesday, September 1st from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM at St. Theresa’s Church.

-The deadline to return a completed mail-in ballot is Tuesday, September 1st at 8:00 PM.  Mail-in ballots may be returned via mail or via a new drop-box located at the main entrance to Town Hall.  Mail-in ballots may not be brought to the Polls during Election Day voting.
