Expedited Permitting for Temporary Outdoor Seating

The Select Board has approved an expedited process and application for temporary outdoor dining, or in the case of businesses with existing outdoor dining, the addition of temporary outdoor dining space.
A comprehensive application, including for a tent if your business intends to install a tent, is available at the bottom of this page. There is no fee for the permit, including for a tent associated with outdoor dining. Please also find at the bottom of this page an order issued by Governor Baker (see page 6 section 4) as well as guidance from the state Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission regarding expanded outdoor dining.
