Assessors Field Inspections for properties sold in the calendar year 2022

Assessor will be conducting inspections of properties sold during calendar year 2022, as with property that has or had a building permit during the calendar year 2022.

The exterior will be measured and the interior data, interior inspection will be conducted to confirm the data IE: overall condition of the property, number of baths & bedrooms.The inspections will be conducted by representatives from Real Estate Research Consultants and our Assessing Manager Debbie Carbone. All parties will have an ID. The entire process will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

In the event that the homeowner is not home, a form letter will be left for you to contact the Assessor’s Office to schedule an appointment.

This process is vital in establishing our 2024 Property Values, as well as a State mandate cooperation is greatly appreciated.
