Assessors Cyclical Inspections October 2023

The Assessor's Office continue's conducting our Annual Cyclical Inspections. This process is vital in establishing our 2025 Property Values, as well as full filling a State mandated program. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.These inspections will be on the following streets : Central, Hillview Rd, Kristyn Ln,Deer Run, Demetri Ln

The inspections will be conducted by Renanta Loree a representatives from Real Estate Research Consultants or our Assessing Manager Debbie Carbone.

The exterior will be measured and the interior data inspection will take approximately 10 - 15 minutes. All inspector's will have an ID. The entire process will take approximately 20 - 30 minutes to complete. 

Assessor office will also be inspecting properties sold during calendar year 2022 along with the calendar year 2022 building permits.
