Responsible for the day to day management of the Department, reviews all submitted plans, site plans and development plans for ordinance compliance, and communicates the technical requirements of the North Zoning By-laws, Subdivision Regulations, Long Range Plans and Policies of the Community Planning Commission to developers and consultants.
