Individual Sewage Disposal System Application & Permit- $250
Individual Sewage Disposal System Application & Permit (2,000 gallons and over flow per day) - $ 500
Soil Testing for systems over 2,000 g.p.d.- $300
Soil Test  (Site consists of active and reserve leaching area) - $200

Repair/Upgrade
Individual Sewage Disposal System Application & Permit -  $100
Soil Test (2 test holes & percs per lot) -  $100

Installer
Disposal Works Installer License (new) -  $100
Disposal Works Installer License (renewal) -  $100
Plan Review:  Review of original plan and one revision is included in application fee.
Renewal of Sewage Permit (requires Board approval) - $100
Revised Plan Fee:  #2 and each revision thereafter -  $ 75
Subdivision Plan Review (preliminary) - $ 20
Subdivision Plan Review (definitive ) - $150 or $20/per lot whichever is more
Transfer Permit of New Construction  - $10
