Mr. Christopher Hayden, Chairman, called the Tuesday, February 1, 2005 meeting of the Community Planning Commission to order at 7:30 p.m. in Room 10 of the North Reading Town Hall, 235 North Street, North Reading, MA.

Zoning Board of Appeals

10 Deerfield Place – On the petition of Lisa Pulver for a height variance for a proposed garage.

The Community Planning Commission does not support the application.

15 Williams Road – On the petition of Robert Lord for a variance/special permit for a family room addition.

The Community Planning Commission was not provided with enough information regarding this request to render an informed decision.

1.      No plan provided.
2.      Not enough information.

6 Marshall Street - On the petition of Xiang J. Chen for a home occupation special permit for consulting services.

The Community Planning Commission supports the application provided it meets the requirements of the Zoning Bylaws.

7 Strawberry Lane – On the petition of Laura Corvino for a home occupation special permit for conducting Children’s birthday services off site.

The Community Planning Commission supports the application provided it meets the requirements of the Zoning Bylaws.

8 Cobblers Lane – On the petition of Peter Spinelli for a home occupation special permit for a rental of inflatable amusement equipment.

The Community Planning Commission supports the application provided it meets the requirements of the Zoning Bylaws.

1.      No customers.
2.      No signs.
3.      No outside displays.

162 Central Street – On the petition of Richard and Diane McQueston for a variance from the setback requirements for a garage and a proposed addition.

The Community Planning Commission supports the application if abutters do not object.
