The Community Planning Commission (“CPC”) is constituted under Chapter 41 of the Massachusetts General Laws (“The Subdivision Control Law”) and consists of five members elected to three-year terms of office. Vacancies are filled by the Community Planning Commission and the Board of Selectmen acting jointly to appoint a replacement until the next election.
