Citizens' Petitions for the October Town Meeting due by August 21- 4:00 PM
Per the Town General By-Laws -- Town Meeting -- Section 172.18, Citizens Petitions are due by the close of business on the third Monday in August for any article to be included in the October Town Meeting. The Board of Registrars must certify the signatures of at least ten (10) registered voters of the Town on each petition submitted in order for the proposed article to be included on the warrant.
