Effective, July 1, 2012 Demand Fees were increased to $30 per Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 60, Section 15.
Demand fees apply to LATE real estate, trash and motor vehicle excise tax bills issued by the Town. Please contact the Collector's Office if you have questions.
