Next year's Budget is currently short to fully fund critical school and municipal programs. School and Town officials are considering various reductions necessary to balance the fiscal 2010 Budget, including elimination of programs, job layoffs and user fees. Please come hear the details of the Budget, voice your opinion and cast your vote at Town Meeting on Monday, June 8 @ 7PM at the North Reading High School.
Budget details, including the Board of Selectmen and Finance Committee recommendations, will be posted here on Wednesday. Copies will also be available at Town Hall and the Library. |
