The polls will be open from 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
Voters registered as Democrat, Republican, Libertarian and Unenrolled
by the 11/18/09 deadline are eligible to vote
Unenrolled voters must choose a party ballot
but will revert to unenrolled status automatically after the election
