~ 110_1. Use of personal motorized watercraft prohibited.
No person shall operate a jetski, surf jet, or waterbike on the waters of Martin's Pond.
~ 110_2. Violations and penalties.
A. Violation of this bylaw shall be punishable by fines as follows:
(1) First offense: $50.
(2) Second offense: $100.
(3) Third and each subsequent offense: $200.
B. Enforcement of this chapter shall be carried out by the North Reading Police Department under the provisions of Chapter 1, General Provisions, ~ 1_5B, Noncriminal disposition, of the General By_laws of the Town of North Reading.
