IMPORTANT CARBON MONOXIDE WARNINGS
Because of the inordinate amount of snowfall this year,
extra fire safety precautions need to be taken.
Those of you that have gas fired applicances in your home
MUST make certain that the outside vents for these units
STAY CLEAR OF SNOW DRIFTS
which could block these same vents.
If the opening on the vent is compromised, then
CARBON MONOXIDE can build up in the home to
DANGEROUS LEVELS.
Please take the necessary steps to insure
that this situation does not occur.
